Co-Founder, COO
DRIFTLINE2017 – Present
Co-Founder of a watersport apparel brand that makes patented wetsuit lined boardshorts called Drifties™. In a team of only two, I’ve formed the visual identity and evolved the brand to meet its growing customer base, while wearing all other operational hats to drive the business forward. From designing all apparel products, to sourcing materials, managing inventory, brand P&L and marketing budgets, and everything else in between, I’ve played a critical role in developing a consistent marketing approach that’s skyrocketed sales growth across global audiences.
Driftline has since been featured on ABC’s Shark Tank (May 2022), and has received prominent coverage in Forbes, Outside Magazine, The Inertia, San Diego Magazine, and other notable publications.
Sr. Designer
Bloomreach2021 – 2024
In the hypergrowth space of e-commerce marketing automation, I'm tasked with visually conveying Bloomreach’s complex digital experience platform to help land enterprise deals from global customers like Urbanstems, Total Wine, Kirkland’s, and more. Whether it was re-branding the UI for the company’s 400+ website pages, or working on top-to-bottom campaign assets (LPs, social, one-pagers, OOH, etc), I was trusted to solidify the Bloomreach brand as a leader in AI-powered e-comm personalization across every channel and asset-type imaginable.
Sr. Visual Designer
Scaleworks2020 – 2021
Through Scaleworks & joint fund Soilworks, I was tasked with a multitude of projects across 5 portfolio companies to showcase each brand and thoughtfully position them for future acquisition. Incorporated existing branding of various companies across front-end web design, digital assets, best-in-class sales infographics & seed decks, marketing collateral, and printed materials.
Within the Soilworks fund, my goal was to develop, brand, and drive forward a number of Regenerative-oriented businesses from their inception. In working directly with C-level Executives and other key stakeholders, I created holistic brand strategies & identities for each business within sprint timeframes, while utilizing the aforementioned design skills across various project needs.
Sr. Visual Designer
Wholesome Meats2020 – 2021
Under the Soilworks umbrella, I played an integral role in the development, marketing strategy, and design direction of emerging grass-fed beef brand Wholesome Meats. Conceptualized & designed all marketing & D2C assets – including web design, labels & packaging, sales decks, in-store collateral, consumer materials, and more – which helped land a major retail chain, foodservice distributors, and multiple restaurants and grocers.
