Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, breaking down projects into manageable tasks and phases. Utilize scheduling software MS Project & Smartsheet. Track project progress, identifying potential delays and proactively mitigating risks. Monitor resource allocation and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers. Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant parties clearly and concisely. Manage and track the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. Analyze project data and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and schedule adherence. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

As an implementation project manager I work with our top 300 customers in the region to find efficiency solutions that we can provide for them. I am responsible for creating and adhering to timelines using Gantt charts as well as working within a budget. Currently our territory is Southern California, Arizona, Southern Nevada, as well as Southern Utah. A second component to my position is working with our retail stores to set them up and get their merchandising ready for customer service.

I worked as a P.M. for this construction company and was charged with overseeing the completion of multiple construction projects ranging from small tenant improvements to large ground up projects. I created schedules for sub-contractors as well as the employees within our company. I had to stay within budget to complete the project on time.
