I manage the women's softgoods department at a large, high end, action sports retailer in Seattle. I manage a team of sales associates on a daily basis. I am responsible for interviewing, training, and managing the softgoods sales team of a 5MM per year store. I work closely with our buying team to provide feedback on product sales, what works in store and what doesn't. Responsible for boosting sales in the women's softgoods department. Wrote and implemented a new sales process that has boosted sales in the past month (May 2015) by 10%. I was selected as the Burton Girls In Store Ambassador for the winter 2014-2015 season and was responsible for promoting, attending and planning Girls Ride Days in the Pacific Northwest region.
