While at Opinel, I orchestrated a Shopify theme overhaul by personally cleaning up the HTML and CSS of opinel-usa.com. Through my efforts, opinel-usa.com was able to improve SEO, conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, increase CLTV and kick off performance marketing. As the first eCommerce hire in Opinel's 130+ year history, I oversaw all online revenue channels in North America, drove product line expansion and wholesale revenue on retailers such as Food52, Cutlery & More, Milk Street, Bespoke Post and more. While there, I played a lead part in facilitating Opinel's Amazon.com sales by working with packaging suppliers and 3rd party sellers to increase sales and scale logistical capabilities.
