Chief Stoke Officer Gear Buying & Guest Support · FOOTLOOSE SPORTS

In My Own Words
Passionate about the outdoors and deeply experienced in both softgoods and hardgoods, I bring years of hands-on knowledge gained from living and working in fast-paced resort environments. These settings taught me how quickly conditions—and guest needs—can shift, giving me a strong understanding of how inventory trends, gear usage, and customer behavior are all connected.
With a background that blends customer service and operations, I thrive in roles where attention to detail, strategic thinking, and product knowledge make a real impact. Whether I’m supporting front-line teams, analyzing gear movement, or helping solve the ever-evolving inventory puzzle, I approach every task with a solution-focused mindset and a genuine love for the gear that gets people outside.
In addition to my professional experience, I speak both Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL). I’m especially passionate about using ASL to communicate with Deaf customers, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and included throughout their experience.
I’m excited to continue contributing to teams that value efficiency, inclusion, guest experience, and a shared love for the outdoor lifestyle.
