I’m the founder and CEO of Avenue Pierpoint Inc., a holding company I established in 2014. Since then, it’s grown to oversee 40 privately owned businesses across a diverse range of industries. Some have thrived, others have faltered—but every venture has offered lessons in leadership, resilience, and reinvention.

That resilience was forged in fire. I’ve faced legal challenges, personal setbacks, and even bankruptcy—each one testing my limits and forcing me to rebuild from the ground up. Through it all, I’ve leaned on faith. My belief in God has been a constant—a source of strength, clarity, and conviction when the path was uncertain. It’s what carried me through the hardest chapters and continues to guide how I lead and live today.

I’m currently writing a book that captures this journey—not just the wins, but the losses and the redemptive moments that followed. It’s part reflection, part roadmap for others who are chasing purpose amid adversity.

Outside of business, I’m deeply committed to philanthropy and personal growth. And at the center of it all is my daughter, Sophia. She’s my compass and my greatest teacher. Her spirit and brilliance challenge me to be present, intentional, and inspired. Traveling the world with her isn’t just a passion—it’s a ritual that keeps me connected to what truly matters.
