In My Own Words

In the Spring of 2025, I took a business communication course at UNCW, where I learned a valuable lesson about skills and revealing our assets. I learned that the truth of yourself lies in the consistency of the adjectives that different people use to describe you. For me, my adjectives have always been in the realm of creative, kind, and reliable. I have always been hard on myself when it comes to doing things right and doing things well. You could say I like to follow the "rules"; however, if a time comes when I want to expand a thought, I like to know that I am allowed to speak and go beyond the boundaries of the box. That's where my creativity comes in... Ever since I was little, my passion for creative thinking and innovation has taken me over. I love brainstorming and conceptualizing ideas for an art project, a business, a brand image or identity. THIS is where I truly thrive and love to be.
