Provided technical support for services such as internet connectivity, VoIP, LAN, WAN, hosting, and business colocation servers. Worked in a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environment with root access to many servers in network. I also did remote hands support in their data center.

Business to business technical support on multiple types of software the company developed for Dental practices. Experience troubleshooting Windows operating system components including the registry, services, .net framework, editing programs XML files, troubleshot networking issues, supported and helped develop in house websites, troubleshot credit card terminals and software.
