Assort, Buy and Manage Merchandise from Categories including Footwear, Outerwear and Climbing for both Brick and Mortar locations and SummitHut.com. Attend Trade Shows and Meetings with Vendor partners. Help with the management of the Assistant Buyers, Web and Receiving Assistants. Work with Marketing and Visual Merchandising to create compelling promotion and presentation for products. Assist in training staff on general concepts and specific products and lead/facilitate on-trail clinics to provide staff with personal experience with products and trails. Develop and improve reporting and in-store processes and supporting software. Develop, Deploy and Maintain applications in C#/.NET.
