Recruited, hired, and managed a team of up to 20 employees in the impossible landscape of a mountain town in Colorado. ? Grew the businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic without federal stimulus while launching the ecommerce delivery service to amplify our supply chain and positioning. ? Received local recognition from examples like Aspen Daily News, Edible Aspen, Modern Luxury Aspen Magazine, & Two Leaves & a Bud Marketing Campaign.

I was recruited to join a partnership with four individuals to open a coffee shop and co-working space in downtown Aspen. ? Co-founded a community co-working space named Here House, along with running floor operations as manager/owner on the coffee house side of the building and business. I learned valuable lessons and experiences about business partnerships, employees, permit/city construction, and customer experience in a fast-paced and short amount of time.
