• Led the Horseback Riding Activity, involved the caretake of a 20-horse herd with the responsibility of executing two trail rides a day on private property and national forest land with campers of ages 8-15 years old • Managed and trained an 8 to 12-person team of counselor to execute the responsibilities and action items to produce a successful activity; criteria for success included the safety of all parties & participants, active problem solving, experiential learning, facilities maintenance, and the care of horse herd • Designed an education system for the activity (Trail Ride) based upon mindfulness, terrain-based learning, and various communication techniques; thus, intending to yield problem solving skills, emotional control, and environmental observation for the campers and counselors involved • Oversaw a cabin of 10 People, where I was Responsible for the well-being of the campers and other counselors living there for the 7-week Camp, tasked with a curriculum guide of Camp Life intending to help deliver the best experience for the campers
