• Enhanced and influenced collections by working closely with design teams which improved adoption rate. • Helped in successfully launching the “Elin Kling for Marciano” collection by working closely with Elin Kling and other designers. • Ensured a high level of production and operational efficiency by supervising and initiating daily workload for designers, graphic designers, and patternmakers. • Traveled withing the USA & to Europe for inspirations, shopping trends & attending shows such as PV, Pitti Filati, Intermezzo. • Marciano brand was recognized as a contemporary “cool” brand rather than merely a better market brand.

• Designed and developed Hervé Léger runway line in all categories including all best sellers. • Initiated and conducted the first Runway show in NYC for Hervé Léger. • Designed and developed capsules of Max Azria Sweaters. • Designed and developed capsules of BCBG dress department. • Fitted all samples through final runway ready. • Led aesthetic vision and creation of new fashion products. • Played Instrumental role in increasing company revenue from $1M to $15M under 4 years • Created a well-recognized worldwide brand.
