Creative Design Director

•	Built a new successful brand, "Ali & Jay", from concept to free-standing store.
•	Clearly communicated design revisions to overseas teams.
•	Fitted initial prototypes through production with the technical design team to ensure design esthetic and fit are accurate for the customer.
•	Ali & Jay was the only chosen brand by Nordstrom from the 7 brands presented.


Head Designer 

•	Supported each design team to fulfill blueprint needs on a monthly, quarterly, and seasonal basis.
•	Prepared technical packages for various products as needed.
•	Designs were selected for new Fall/Winter digital ad campaigns as part of Bebe repositioning effort as fashion brand appealing to “irreverent and confident women.
•	Designs generated more than 6M Twitter and Instagram impressions, which increased sales.
•	Successfully turned around sweater department from comping sales  + 50%.


Design Director Consultant

•	Enhanced and influenced collections by working closely with design teams which improved adoption rate.
•	Helped in successfully launching the “Elin Kling for Marciano” collection by working closely with Elin Kling and other designers.
•	Ensured a high level of production and operational efficiency by supervising and initiating daily workload for designers, graphic designers, and patternmakers.
•	Traveled withing the USA & to Europe for inspirations, shopping trends & attending shows such as PV, Pitti Filati, Intermezzo.
•	Marciano brand was recognized as a contemporary “cool” brand rather than merely a better market brand.


Senior Designer

•	Designed and developed Hervé Léger runway line in all categories including all best sellers.
•	Initiated and conducted the first Runway show in NYC for Hervé Léger.
•	Designed and developed capsules of Max Azria Sweaters.
•	Designed and developed capsules of BCBG dress department.
•	Fitted all samples through final runway ready.
•	Led aesthetic vision and creation of new fashion products.
•	Played Instrumental role in increasing company revenue from $1M to $15M under 4 years
•	Created a well-recognized worldwide brand.
