Work Experience

Leadership

Starbucks

2021 – Present

Management

Lululemon

2014 – 2019

Coaching a team to reach sales goal for any given sales day. Yoga based company, focused on relationship building and grass-roots business. My role is develop my peers and my "educators" to give great guest experience and give back to the community. The role of the management at Lululemon is leading, not managing. We want to develop people that can do our job just as well as we do, if not better.

Store Manager

Zumiez

2008 – 2014

In charge of scheduling, payroll, leadership, people development, controlling inventory levels, etc. This was a sales based store, focusing on dollars per transaction as well as units per transaction. We focused on building the omni-channel part of the business as well. I found it to be challenging and rewarding running an outlet location! My team worked hard to maintain some of the highest stats, despite being in a lower DPT bracket. I loved leading the team in learning about snowboarding, skateboarding, and apparel in general. I was proud to produce another Store Manager, as well as promote a few other managers to other locations. I ended up leaving Zumiez because of a serious Rock-Climbing injury. Un-paid medical leave forced me to look elsewhere for work.
