In My Own Words
I have worked the majority of time in customer service. However, my longest job was in academic technology working at Lane Community College. This is when I learned how to talk to clients in a professional setting and learn how to work with confidential material. I also learned how to hone in my ability to create checklists in order to make sure my job was done with the most efficiency. I also was able to create light design work, mostly for instructions on how to use office equipment.

Assisting faculty with creating or managing their online classes. The majority of the work was with gradebooks or troubleshooting. I also learned how to manage inventory. Another one of my duties was answering/delivering phone calls, I feel comfortable with multi-line phones. I also frequently helped with planning events.
