As a bike mechanic and competitive cyclist, when I think of my love for this industry I am drawn to a business model and company culture that is customer focused and invests in the community. Cycling to me is about people and happiness, I personally align with a mission and vision of getting people on bikes and upholding a team culture that is full of pride and innovation. With over 12 years’ experience in assembly, manufacturing and production, I believe my experience, values, and work ethic align with a company culture of creating a healthy and positive community. I currently work as a Bike Mechanic, in a fast-paced repair shop where I help with assembly, repairs, and customer service inquires with a positive attitude.

• Coordinates mechanical functions and services all bike parts including cable and housing replacement; adjust/repair brakes, shifters, chains, cassette, bar tape/grips; drivetrain cleaning, headset, bottom bracket overhaul, disc brake and dropper post install • Maintains detailed inventory, troubleshoots maintenance issues and performs wide range of tune and cleaning services while maintaining knowledge of available products • Facilitates good communication with a strong team and customer focus, responding to customer inquiries and providing repair estimates • Assembles high end mountain and road bikes utilizing proper techniques and methods
