In My Own Words
Hi I’m Kaylie and I love color, art, music, graphic design, writing, and all things creative. Administrative Assistant
The Insurance Shop2012 – 2022
As an administrative assistant to a busy and emerging home and auto insurance agency, I helped develop a flow and organizational system for the whole office to initiate new clients and maintain existing clients. I assisted between two and six agents and salespersons at a time, demonstrating a skill for prioritizing projects. I held responsibility by researching the backgrounds of the drivers, and the condition and speculations of the homes we would be insuring. Because the agency was new at the time I was hired, many systems were not yet in place, so I demonstrated adaptability by learning three different client management systems throughout my time at the agency, as well as the quoting software for more than a dozen different insurance carriers.
