SailMaine2018 – Present
Lead the wide ranging day-to-day operations of the organization, including overseeing and manage employees, payroll, coordinating volunteers, planning and hosting events, and maintaining marketing and fundraising schedules. Build and implement educational adult sailing programs, lessons and community based events to provide inclusive, affordable and accessible on-water experiences. Continuously provide advocacy, representation and education for non-white participants in a white-led organization.

Self-employed artist working in printmaking, painting, 3D and textile design. Arranged and curated multiple shows and community events. Collaborated with individuals and businesses to bring ideas to life. Significant Creative Accomplishments and Projects Include: Curator and Exhibiting Artist, Windward Exhibition, Interactive Public Art Show on Casco Bay Curator and Exhibiting Artist, Surface First Tilts West, Outdoor Public Art Show on an uninhabited island in Maine. Kindling Fund Grant Award. Member of Black Artist’s Forum, a coalition dedicated to contributing to the growth of individual creators and the community of Black artists in Maine.
