• Point of contact between on set team, Production and Photo Studio for all communication. • Reference FileMaker Pro and Excel OTS/PO documentation to ensure the accuracy of sample count, image naming, and folder naming. • Perform image naming, selection, cropping, centering, rotating, color correction, and processing for the samples assigned by the studio scheduling team. • Partner with stylist team to ensure correct on set image selection, and with stylist management team for image reselection or sample reshoots when needed. • Assist photographer in set building and tear down. • Contribute to the ongoing development of the digital tech team by offering creative, innovative, and data-based solutions. • Proficiency in Mac OS X, Phase One Capture One, Adobe Photoshop and Bridge, Slack, Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Canon Cameras, and Profoto Studio Equipment. • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to meet timelines.
