adidas Field Agent Regional Manager

As the adidas Field Agent Regional Manager, I lead a team of adidas Field Agents in the Mountain Region in three main pillars for adidas: Visual Merchandising, Sales, and Advocacy at retail. My team focuses on these three pillars with many accounts ranging from Sporting Goods (Dick's Sporting Goods, Academy Sports), Mall and Fashion (Finish Line, Foot Locker, Pac Sun, Foot Action, Champs, DTC, BAIT), and running specialty.
Currently, I lead a team of eight Field Agents/reps. My territory consists of Denver, Colorado (4 reps), Phoenix, AZ (2 reps), Albuquerque, NM (1 rep), El Paso, TX (1 rep), and a vacancy in Las Vegas, NV (1 rep).
As the Regional Manager, my role is to ensure we have a high level of execution and accountability with remote reps in the field when it comes to our core three pillars. Following is a list of some of the responsibilities included in my role: • Weekly team calls. • Weekly one on one calls with each agent. • Tracking progress and results for the team and individual team members through reporting. • Identifying coverage opportunities/adjustments within markets. • Market visits with each agent throughout the year to provide 1:1 coaching. • Consolidate insights from the Mountain Region to identify trends/themes for adidas and competitors in monthly reports for each account. • Support big brand moments/activations/launches in the field. • Manage annual budget for market travel and other expenses with the team. • Oversee admin responsibilities of the team (execution, proposals, adjustments, time sheets, etc...). • Team and 1:1 training.
adidas Booster Agent Regional Manager

My responsibilities include:
1. Manage a team of adidas Booster Agents in the Midwest that are service Finish Line., Dicks Sporting Goods, adidas DTC, and Running Specialty.
2. Help drive success of team with community activations and brand moments.
3. Analyze and review reporting of Booster Agents to ensure we are holding high standards with advocacy, trials, conversion, and visual merchandising within our accounts.
4. Oversee Booster Advocacy Committee, which is focused on finding/setting national trends and best practices with the accounts we cover as an adidas Booster Program. We cover anything from best practices in-store with relationship building techniques to determining best practices in agent reporting and sharing of insight.
5. Ensure Midwest Boosters have everything they need in the field, as well as handle the administrative duties of the team. Above all else, I am a coach and a leader by example.

United States Army Reserve2007 – 2013
I was the S3 Operations NCO for the 307th Tactical PSYOP Company during a tour to Afghanistan in 2011. During that time, I was in charge of flights for all PSYOP personnel and PSYOP product in Southern Afghanistan. I also served on a PSYOP team for about 5 months, focusing on trying to promote the product that NATO, ISAF and the US are trying to produce to the local populace.
