Process: • Purchasing Assets – The Oliver design team and field post purchasing requests via a shared Google doc (SLA 1-2 Business Days). Link Here • Emailing Invoices – (24-48hrs post-purchase) Emailing property representative the Getty Invoice and following up if payment is not received. • Uploading Assets to SAL – Categorizing submitted assets with hashtags and usage rights documentation/purchasing receipts. “Photography Pre-Production Calls” - Scheduling and conducting pre-production calls for upcoming photoshoots. Each call typically runs 20-40 minutes. Pre-Production Call Format: • Intro: Walk through overall brand standards/guidelines • Shot List: Cover photoshoot tips for each space on the shot list • Q/A “Work Orders” – New Photo Submissions: Processing SAL property work orders for new photos and usage rights association. Photography – I assist on work order submission rarely (3-5 per week) “Chatter (Salesforce) Maintenance” - Drafting and replying to posts within the Americas photography group (Property Photography) “Reporting” – Compiling all task numbers into a presentation (monthly) • Pulling all numbers into a pdf and then sharing with team leaders. The Property Photography Coordinator will be supporting the Account Managers in assisting properties to both plan and execute architectural photo shoots. This program will be directing property shoots from kick-off calls, to shooting, and submissions processing, through distribution. In addition, the coordinator will be a resource to help with digital asset management as well. Will field all image compliance questions surrounding usage rights, image technical requirements, brand standards, photo submissions, and hotel website functionality. Also act as the primary contact for purchasing/managing stock photography and reviewing local photographer portfolios for possible on-boarding. This will ensure that all photography submitted not only meets brand standards but is accredited to Marriott International. - Assists in all aspects of property photography production. (Pre/Post) - Assigning a brand approved photographer - Shot list finalization (meeting brand standards) - Property photo shoot preparation (review preliminary photos of each space and relay property contact information to photographer) - File photo shoot paperwork (captions, room type codes, and usage rights) - Runs a pre-production call to ensure brand alignment, hotel staff responsibility, and shoot schedule (Email call follow-up) - During the shoot advise on angles and styling/propping. - Once photos are finalized assist with submission to SAL/MDAM Additional Projects/Assistance - Legacy Usage Rights – Running reports to properties and field marketing managers to provide hotel status on image compliance. Contacting photographers with personalized lists of legacy photography in need of usage rights. - SAL/MDAM Work Orders –New photo uploads, video uploads, usage rights association, image file replacement, and caption changes. - Local Photographer Portfolio Review/Onboarding – Filing photographer portfolios for possible future shoots. Conducting test shoots with local photographers to review quality.

This job fluctuated responsibilities between 3 restaurant positions. Busser, delivery, and food runner. Busser - clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Also responsible for cleaning restaurant prior to closing. Delivery - Loading food, transporting it to the destination, making sure food safety standards are respected, collecting payments, and reporting any vehicle mechanical problems. At Lilo delivery drivers were also required to hand out promotional materials, and purchase daily food items from local grocery stores. Food Runner - Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately. Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and restocking bar area.
