An extremely driven individual with a proven track record of leadership, and a passion for the outdoors. Residing along the shores of Lake Michigan in Leelanau County and enjoying the natural beauty and landscape that makes this part of Northern Michigan so unique.
Currently operating in the Environmental Testing space, partnering with organizations to help address emerging contaminants of concern, specifically PFAS, in one of the worlds largest freshwater ecosystems.

Turquoise Environmental2024 – Present
Directed a team to establish Traverse City’s first PFAS-specific analytical laboratory, aiding in detection of potentially harmful contaminants and reducing environmental risk. Collaborated with R&D Scientists to design and implement a streamlined process, increasing PFAS analysis efficiency. Acquired state and national level accreditations for multiple methodologies allowing us to serve diverse markets. Developed and executed a targeted marketing strategy yielding partnerships with industry professionals throughout Michigan and the Midwest.
Director of Logistics and Sample Collection
Cambium Analytica2022 – 2024
Supervised the Sample Collection and Logistics Manager, warehouse inventory manager, and a team of 8-10 technicians. Managed a fleet of 10 vehicles, implementing a rotation plan that minimized vehicle downtime and maximized return upon sale. Fostered relationships with top clients, achieving high level client retention rate through compliance adherence and tailored communication. Developed and implemented department wide SOP’s and training protocols minimizing potential liabilities.
Logistics and Sampel Collection Manager

Interviewed, hired, and trained 10+ technicians, many of whom have been elevated to different roles within the company. Coordinated logistics for thousands of statewide collection events, optimizing scheduling efficiencies, and dramatically reducing onboarding times for clients and new hires. Oversaw fleet servicing for company vehicles, implementing preventive maintenance that reduced vehicle downtime and preserved value of vehicles.
