Currently working at Eastern Mountain Sports as a floor sales associate. My professional goal is to become involved in company marketing/branding direction and sales at a major outdoor/lifestyle brand. I am willing to relocate anywhere in the United States or some spots in Canada to do so for the right company.

As Sales Associate, my main prioirty is to make sure every customer that walks through the front door is greeted with a friendly smile and hello, while adhering to whatever advice/guidance he/she would need. The Portsmouth, NH EMS is one of the largest in the company and it is always my goal to sell and up-sell customers at all times. Although providing excellent customer service is what we do, it is not as important as making sure we meet our sales goals each and every day. I also take part in visual merchandising in the store, as well as taking care of our shipping department and although I am not a manager now, I find it fun to motivate the staff in order to boost employee moral, which i have found to be most important working in a retail store. Working at EMS is actually really fun, and I hope to take the skills I've learned here to new heights.
