* Implemented many new tools for reporting and dashboarding within the marketing department which have since been adopted by the global FP&A team.
* Utilized my systems and business knowledge to drive process improvements across all areas of the business to ensure correct accounting and financial best practices are met.
Oakley Asia Pacific
Commercial Manager | 01/2010 - 01/2016
Reporting to the Vice President and Commerical Director, this role required my breadth of knowledge and experience in the company for the Asia Pacific Region. My main function was to provide analysis from within the region and provide insight and recommendations at the senior executive level. I was also responsible for serving as a liason and support for regional Managing Directors, Sales Directors, Finance Directors and Territory Managers on their corporate budgets, short term outlooks and annual operating plans.
On top of traditional analyst tasks, I was also required to support and/or drive many business development or SAP- related projects within the region including E-Commerce, retail expansion, apparel/footwear/accessories development, design and production of Asian eyewear collections, supply chain, pricing, legal entity structure, systems and invoicing flow.
