To provide Quality process improvement oversight by performing, leading others, and facilitating the improvement of Quality processes throughout the manufacturing site in order to gain efficiencies, create standard work, develop and report on KPIs, and create value through cost avoidance and cost saving initiatives. In addition to leading and facilitating Quality process improvements, responsibility to provide support in the same manner to the EHS (Safety) department in order to complete Safety related projects and initiatives at the site fall under this role. Some responsibilities from the previous role have also been carried over. These responsibilities include manufacturing investigation approvals, CAPA approvals, facilitation of risk assessments across the site, site planning and staffing strategies, and other approvals by the Quality department as the Site Quality Authority.
