Senior Programmer

Responsible for three different channels: local channels 4 and 59, and Universityhouse (Ch. 9411, Dish Network). Duties include: supervising operators, creating staff schedules, programming and encoding shows, troubleshooting technical problems with engineers, being the liaison between the program manager and the students, meeting with the station manager to improve station quality, preparing live satellite downlinks for encoding, and training new employees.
