Oversees and executes the brand’s social media strategy while planning and managing in-person events, including sample sales, trunk shows, and community activations. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, growing online presence, fostering community engagement, and coordinating all aspects of events—from concept and logistics to promotion and on-site execution—ensuring a cohesive brand experience both online and offline.

Acts as the main point of contact for clients and the brand’s online community, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service. Manages client communications, responds to inquiries across social platforms, nurtures engagement, and cultivates a loyal, active community that reflects the brand’s voice and values.

Leads publicity and social media efforts for Westmont College Theatre, creating promotional campaigns, managing social channels, and engaging audiences online. Develops content to highlight productions, events, and student work, while fostering community interest and attendance.

Manages daily back-of-house operations to ensure smooth store functionality, including inventory management, stock organization, shipment processing, and supporting the sales floor as needed. Maintains operational efficiency, supports team workflows, and ensures products are accurately received, tracked, and prepared for merchandising.

Supports the marketing and PR goals of ownership by assisting with social media content creation, community outreach, community collaborations, and promotional campaigns. Helps maintain brand visibility, engages with the surf community, and contributes to events and activations that strengthen Daydream Surf Shop’s presence both online and locally.

Develops and produces engaging visual and written content to showcase the store’s products, events, and lifestyle. Collaborates with the marketing team to capture in-store experiences, highlight new arrivals, and maintain a cohesive brand presence across social media platforms.
