Responsible for the Development and implementation of consumer marketing plans and strategies that includes media (paid media, house ads), creative (TV, print, online, merchandising), giveaways, catalogs, promotions, cross-divisional support, and budgets. Provided support for all CRM and social media campaigns by determining product selection and proving content, i.e. copy and assets. Conducted consumer and competitive research as well as marketing campaign tracking and recaps.

Responsible for meeting ambitious revenue growth objectives by selling print, promotional, and exclusive-to-buyer products to the book market. It is responsible for developing and implementing national sales plans and marketing strategies that will assist in meeting these goals.

Responsible for all social media coordination and execution across all divisions as well as developing marketing content intended for company website, ad campaigns, and press coverage. It is responsible for E-Commerce Marketing planning, drafting and routing press releases, coordinating and participating in trade shows, and development of campaigns.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships and management of key accounts with the intent to drive revenue. It is responsible for forecasting and planning marketing funds, sales and marketing analysis, coordination with Supply Chain, Product Management and Creative Services to develop programs that meet and exceed customer needs.

Responsible for assisting Director of Sales in spearheading global and customer specific forecasting and demand planning, management of customer data maintenance, coordination and participation in trade shows and line reviews, sales analysis and reporting.
