A full service design studio that provides product design and management, graphic design, prototyping, engineering and factory sourcing for Consumer Products clients. Most recently, working with the Porsche 912 Registry, I created a series of limited edition engine badges, window stickers and tee shirts for 2 upcoming shows. In addition to producing the creative deliverables, I was able to direct the client to new manufacturing sources yielding significant amounts of savings in time and manufacturing costs. Product Manager
Celestron Aquisition LLC2010 – 2017
As a Product Manager, I was responsible for designing and managing the development of the Outdoor Electronics, Digital Microscopes and Toy product lines. Highlights include: • Created a line of new digital microscopes with a family theme carried over from product to packaging resulting in increase of revenues in this category of 150% in the over two years • Designed and introduced the new Elements™ line of rugged multi-purpose hand warmer/power banks, made for the outdoor enthusiast, adding $1.7M in incremental sales • Developed the Inspire™ line of mid-priced telescopes leading to the invention of a lens cap smartphone adapter that increased sales $5M in one year (Patent number: 9632305) • Established production line processes for our Asia supplier to ensure quality control at factory. Lowered defective product rate from 20% to 2%, saving the company substantial overhead costs • Created the recently released NexYZ™ 3 Axis Universal Smartphone Adapter (Patent Pending)

Toy Quest2008 – 2010
As Project Design Manager I designed and developed multiple toy product lines for the summer season. These included outdoor and activity products for the house brand Banzai™ as well as licensed products under Rawlings® and Fisher Price® branding. Highlights: • Introduced a comprehensive and innovative toy line for Banzai™ Backyard Sports that gained major retail placement in Target®, Toys ‘R Us® and Walmart® • Developed and oversaw production of the award winning Banzai™ Yobe Sling Disc which sold out world-wide in weeks and was awarded the "Best Fun and Sports Toy” at the 2010 Nuremberg Toy Fair • Executed the Rawlings® Licensed Sports Line comprised of over 50 SKUs, resulting in increased revenues • Designed and guided engineering of the Rawlings® motorized pitching machine which out performed competitive models while maintaining a cost effective price point and gained major retail placement

• Managed design teams and executed creative product lines within a limited budget constraint that locked down national promotions for client such as Taco Bell, 7-11, Pepsi, Pizza Hut and Dairy Queen. • Managed design teams to create and present innovative product lines for manufacturers such as Playmates Toys, Nanco Pet Toys. • Managed design teams in the creation, design and presentation of innovative product concepts for manufacturers such as Mattel, Spin Master, Bandai Toys, Hasbro, Wild Planet and Irwin Toys. • Maintained close working relationship with overseas factories to ensure product integrity maintained throughout development cycle. • Managed outside vendors on as needed basis.
