I create beautiful designs with attention to detail. I craft with careful consideration to quality and cost. I build comprehensive collections, managing all aspects of design with an international team of specialists.
With strong technical design skills, and over 15 years of experience across a wide variety of categories I can offer a breadth of knowledge to any team.
My most recent collection of work focuses on Outdoor Apparel for Men's and Women's Sportswear, although past collections have been heavy in denim and garment washed/dyed products and refined sportswear.
I have a strong background in Outerwear, Men's and Women’s Sportswear and Active Wear.
I am very detail oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. My strong problem solving and communication skills help expedite the execution of quality product and cohesive collections.

Creative Designer | Product Designer
Alpen Outdoor2020 – Present
Direct new product concepts, color and fabric development for the Alpen Outdoor brand, resulting in new go-to-market products. I created the GTM calendar for the launch of the brand as well as sequential products. I design and develop new technical fabrics with mills, create the technical packages, specs and grades and I purchase the seasonal styles with factory and managed the project for on-time delivery

Co-owner and co-founder of a comprehensive home sale preparation business, offering a suite of services designed to enhance property appeal and maximize sale value. I've executing year over year increases sales revenue of 115%. I managing a team of diverse contractors to complete large cleaning and development projects for clients while providing a concierge level service with intent to improve property value upon sale. Additionally I develop and execute monthly marketing plans to increase client engagement, brand recognition and sales

Newell Brands Technical Apparel2016 – 2020
I led the Marmot and Exofficio/Newell Brands Technical Apparel design team, designing technical apparel for outdoor and adventure travelers by blending performance fabrics with trend-right sportswear designs for women and men.
In addition to my design and management roles at Newell Brands Technical Apparel, I was asked to participate in the implementation of a PLM system. Prior to the PLM project, I led an effort to modernize apparel design workflow at ExOfficio to implement Pointcarré CAD software for print and textile patterns. As part of the software adoption, I’ve designed and conducted in-house training and implemented best-practice standards to improve development lead-times and meet lowered budget targets.

Conducted market trend analysis to delivery current trends into concepts appropriate for the target customer.
Researched, created and executed seasonal color palettes and collections for the Men's Sportswear business unit.
Developed team work plan and delegate tasks for product execution to ensure on-time delivery. Assisted the Director in merchandising of the seasonal line and as well as assist in costing exercises and review of the margin model.

I designed and executed a color palette and seasonal collection for the CB Denim collection.
I traveled internationally to research trends as well as attended fabric shows to source unique and innovative textiles.
I worked closely with our factory partners in Asia to insure on-time delivery

I lead the development of the printed textiles and yarn dye patterns needed for each piece in the these categories.
I introduced new technical performance fabrics to create innovative and functional activewear.
