Senior Product Developer with 15+ years of shaping performance and lifestyle gear from concept to cult classic. I’ve led end-to-end development for footwear and headwear—guiding products through every touchpoint from design handoff and prototyping to commercialization, costing, and compliance.
My experience spans globally recognized brands like Melin, DC Shoes, Roxy, and Quiksilver. I’ve launched technical snowboard boots, performance headwear, and headline-grabbing collabs with AC/DC, Basquiat, Bob’s Burgers, and more—always balancing innovation, storytelling, and bottom-line impact.

-Led full-cycle headwear development, managing seasonal calendars, global vendor timelines, and fit/wear testing. -Owned tech pack creation, material sourcing, and prototype reviews to ensure margin, quality, and brand alignment. -Reviewed and communicated all design, construction, and fit revisions to suppliers and ensured product met brand expectations and fit/wear standards. -Partnered cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, and the Photo Studio to execute product storytelling across packaging, e-commerce, and digital campaigns.
Senior Footwear Developer
DC Shoes2021 – 2023
-Drove product development for men’s, women’s, and kids’ categories including inline, SMU, winterized, and snowboard boots. -Delivered standout collaborations with AC/DC, Star Wars, Black Sabbath, Carrots, and Basquiat. -Oversaw fit/wear testing, 2D/3D revisions, cost analysis, and compliance to ensure on-time, high-performance launches. -Worked internationally to optimize factory relationships and launch new innovations like Step-On snowboard boot tech.
