In My Own Words

82% of Fashion Businesses fail after just 2 years due to cash flow problems.

Why? 👇🏼

🚩 Lack of available information 🚩 Adding more products 🚩 Selling to too many people

So the question is: 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙔𝙊𝙐 𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙?

After spending 20 years in Corporate Apparel, I was welcomed into the “inner circle” and learned the secrets.

I was invited to sit at the executive tables, and the truth behind the biggest, BILLION-DOLLAR brands was exactly the opposite of what I thought it was:

✅ Remove products ✅ Have 1 target customer ✅ Build a perfect process
