Created a collection of businesses across the Roaring Fork Valley focused on community, partnerships, and local craftsmanship. ? Management of the businesses including a cafe in Basalt, a restaurant in Carbondale, a coffee roasting company, a boutique hotel in Carbondale, and an ecommerce delivery service company. ? Recruited, hired, and managed a team of up to 20 employees in the impossible landscape of a mountain town in Colorado. ? Grew the businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic without federal stimulus while launching the ecommerce delivery service to amplify our supply chain and positioning. ? Received local recognition from examples like Aspen Daily News, Edible Aspen, Modern Luxury Aspen Magazine, & Two Leaves & a Bud Marketing Campaign.

Internally promoted after 6 months by showcasing instinctive leadership characteristics, revamping the athlete team, and enhancing processes in the marketing & product cycles. ? Rebuilt the marketing budget & calendar for more effective campaigns, events, and partnerships. Saw immediate results with content, athletes, and sponsorship partnerships especially. ? Redeveloped product & marketing overall branding and strategy; from product zipper styles to yearly athlete budgets and campaigns. ? Developed and coordinated national trade shows, conferences, photoshoots, PR activations, and retail opportunities.

I was recruited to join a partnership with four individuals to open a coffee shop and co-working space in downtown Aspen. ? Co-founded a community co-working space named Here House, along with running floor operations as manager/owner on the coffee house side of the building and business. I learned valuable lessons and experiences about business partnerships, employees, permit/city construction, and customer experience in a fast-paced and short amount of time.

? Created a local consultancy company (working with local Aspen companies) which resulted in a large contract with East-West Partners ? An "events-for-hire" company. ? A modular company focused on implementing event and operational expertise. Responsible for the final stages of activation and community engagement for the launch of Aspen

Worked on a tight-knit team to ensure world-class customer service and product education. Fortunate to have soaked in the authentic career development courses. ? Implemented community activation campaigns to engage the new region of Northwest Arkansas for the company, we opened two new stores during this period.

We created autonomous solutions for Ecommerce inefficiencies. I developed a partnership with high-level programmers with two software development companies to build our initial minimal viable product. ? My first time commercially fundraising; learning how to speak with consultants, build pitch decks, and participate in challenging business conversations.

? On a team of three, we accomplished our internal goal of earning $100,000 in revenue in the month of August 2017 by planning and developing leads for months in advance. ? Created and marketed specials for retail and service to promote and sell over 200 scooters in our first year. We developed ourselves as a strong competitor in Fayetteville and a fast growing small business.
