Management of the businesses including a cafe in Basalt, a restaurant in Carbondale, a coffee roasting company, a boutique hotel in Carbondale, and an ecommerce delivery service company. ? Recruited, hired, and managed a team of up to 20 employees in the impossible landscape of a mountain town in Colorado. ? Grew the businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic without federal stimulus while launching the ecommerce delivery service to amplify our supply chain and positioning. ? Internally promoted after 6 months by showcasing instinctive leadership characteristics, revamping the athlete team, and enhancing processes in the marketing & product cycles. ? Rebuilt the marketing budget & calendar for more effective campaigns, events, and partnerships. Saw immediate results with content, athletes, and sponsorship partnerships especially. ? I was recruited to join a partnership with four individuals to open a coffee shop and co-working space in downtown Aspen. ? Co-founded a community co-working space named Here House, along with running floor operations as manager/owner on the coffee house side of the building and business. We created autonomous solutions for Ecommerce inefficiencies. I developed a partnership with high-level programmers with two software development companies to build our initial minimal viable product. ? My first time commercially fundraising; learning how to speak with consultants, build pitch decks, and participate in challenging business conversations.

? On a team of three, we accomplished our internal goal of earning $100,000 in revenue in the month of August 2017 by planning and developing leads for months in advance. ?
