-Positively greet and provide hospitable customer service -Call and respond to ~30 emails and phone calls regarding property and are details, reservations, hotel amenities, local attractions, and other general questions -Use Opera Micros system to manage reservations, hotel details, cash register, and reports -Train new hires on front desk responsibilities and other pertinent duties -Safely transport guests to and from designated hotel shuttle destinations -Assist with housekeeping and food and beverage -Maintain a clean and organized work environment

-Provide customer service and product consultation regarding canine health and diet. Perform basic administrative duties. -Answer and return phone calls. -Place and follow up dog food orders. -Perform money and card transactions. -Request Rx approvals from veterinarians. -Prepare shipment orders and labels. -Maintain a clean working space.

Educate beginners-advanced skiers on the basics of skiing. Provide childcare (prepared meals and assisted in dressing up children with appropriate clothing); Receive Certificate for Ski Instruction.
