I started as a seasonal sales associate at Zumiez back to school season 2003. 15 years later, I'm a district manager for the same company. This is a true testament to what Zumiez is cappable of - growing, developing, and promoting people who show aggressive, competitive, committed, and energetic qualities. My boyfriend runs and operates the lifestyle company Slushcult, so I've also had a great introduction into the backside operations of the industry, including Zumiez, where the brand is currently sold, among other small retailers all over the country and on www.slushcult.com
