I specalize in the placement of embedded software engineers, electrical engineers, and mobile developers in the southern California area. On a daily basis I cold call potential candidates and clients for 4-5 hours. I arrange 3-5 new candidates to come into the office for interviews per week and arrange meetings with clients.

As lead welder i was in charge of all welding operations both in and outside of the shop. I was also the purchasing agent for all supplies and materials in the shop and worked with sales reps on a daily basis.
