My dream was to move from New Jersey to California and begin a career in the action sports industry. I am now in California and am looking to fulfill the second half of my dream. I feel that my life long background in motocross, surfing, snowboarding, and wake boarding as well as my Business degree would make me a valuable asset to which ever company i gain employment at.

Push sales marketing efforts through The Home Depot distribution channels.
Conduct in store demos and events to drive sales with end users
Work with store management to strengthen relationships, acquire sales space, and meet sales goals. 

I specalize in the placement of embedded software engineers, electrical engineers, and mobile developers in the southern California area. On a daily basis I cold call potential candidates and clients for 4-5 hours. I arrange 3-5 new candidates to come into the office for  interviews per week and arrange meetings with clients.

As lead welder i was in charge of all welding operations both in and outside of the shop. I was also the purchasing agent for all supplies and materials in the shop and worked with sales reps on a daily basis.
