Manage over $25million of gross revenue per year on engineering related projects. Clients are Federal Navy, Virginia State Department of Transportation, Local municipalities through out Virginia, and private industries.
Life goal since I was a young child skating and surfing was to work in the industry that I love so much. Now that I have over 19 years of professional business experience working for large corporations I feel my skills and experiences will benefit a cooperation I've dreamed of working for all my life if given the opportunity.

• Utilize Oracle ERP applications to maintain engineering projects for project accounting standards.
• Track and report all new work, expenditures, client invoices, and unclaimed revenue for project managers for five engineering departments.
• Assist the Senior Vice Presidents in the development and monitoring of departmental business plans, annual budgets, and monthly profit and loss statements.
• Provide statistical expenditure data for proposals to marketing specialists and project managers.
• Conduct quarterly financial project revenue meetings with project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance for accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to identify areas where reductions in overhead can be implemented to improve profitability.
• Facilitate training sessions for project managers and staff relating to project accounting policies, financial reporting and maintenance requirements.
• Review monthly financial exception reports distributed by corporate finance ensuring monthly gross revenue is accurate to avoid manual revenue adjustments.
• Coordinate invoice preparation to ensure compliance with contract and budget for prompt client approval and sub-consultant payment.
• Coordinate change-order and time-extension processing on projects. Determine if change orders are acceptable in terms of mathematical corrections and use of proper rates and format.
• Provide acquisition integration support for new Executive Management and Project Managers of former companies.
