I spent over 8 years as the marketing manager for Beane & Company. As a new start up I was solely in charge of developing and guiding the direction of the marketing department. I helped create the brand vision for the company from it's inception. I designed all graphics, layouts & logos for the company's presence in industry publications according to print specifications. I managed a team of employees & assigned tasks to relevant departments to ensure all campaign launch deadlines were met. With my team I helped trouble shoot & proactively resolved issues. Worked on a team within the interior design department of a very large furniture warehouse. We set up the visual displays and vignettes in a 5000 sq. foot showroom. In addition we coordinated with over 200 vendors to make sure all PO's & shipments were completed in scheduled time frame. Researched all POS data to make sure displays and their placement provided highest possible conversion rate.

During my years at AHS I had a chance to wear many hats. I was a department chair in the Theater Arts department, as well as a classroom instructor. My managerial duties as department chair included hiring staff positions, creating curriculum, managing department budgets. I also helped produce and guide students through 4-5 student led productions a year. Planned and executed all production schedules to meet all deadlines. In addition I taught in a classroom setting on a daily basis.

During my time with WFMY I worked on the news channel's morning show. I was in charge of creating all the chyron graphics to air as visual aids during the broadcast. I also worked in the production booth during the airing of the show to run all the graphics I'd created live during the news broadcast. I would also jump in on any other production duties as needed, inducing running the camera, directing sound, writing copy or organizing live feeds for remote stories.
