My name is Jake Smith and I am originally from San Francisco, California but attended college in Columbia, Kentucky. I attended college on the east coast primarily due to a division one cycling scholarship but quickly learned so much about culture in various areas. In the United States of America we are so different from every region that it can be impossible to truly market or brand a company to these regions if you have never experienced or in my case lived in the.

Head Coach
The Wheel Kids2015 – Present
Each day a Head Coach is responsible for taking youth from the ages of five to eight years old safely while bike through the busy city of San Francisco. A head coach can be responsible for planning safe routes, exciting days, improvising, and also teaching bike mechanical work as needed. In addition to all of this each Head Coach is completely self sufficient meaning they must have ample first aid knowledge, bike mechanical knowledge, and also a vast knowledge of they city they reside in.

Cane Creek Cycling Components2017 – 2017
Worked & collaborated with marketing team to create campaign advertisements throughout social media and festivals world wide. In addition, I worked with product development, testing, and production on several bicycle products that are being sold and produced by Cane Creek Cycling Components today.
