Implemented emerging 3D technologies in product creation, supporting integration with existing systems. Researched, assessed, and recommended technologies to support more sustainable ways of working. Maintained oversight of fit standards and sizing across the business. • Created the VICE (Virtual Image Creation Engineer) team, hiring in new talent and upskilling existing team members to manage the growing virtual prototype demands • Led the development of extended sizing (0-20) for women’s, bringing inclusivity and diversity to the Women’s product line • Produced innovative ways to review virtual product ideas prior to creating physical samples, supporting sustainability • Created standards for virtual prototype development, improving process efficiency • Organized and executed training in 3D software for cross-functional team members for the deployment of the new technologies in the development cycle

Drove the standardization of fit and grading across women’s, men’s, and ivivva girls, influencing thousands of styles annually. Executed high profile special projects (Asia Fit, 2016 Olympics, NFL) to increase brand visibility. • Developed the company’s first custom women’s body form, in collaboration with Alvanon, creating a standard base size for the entire Women’s product line • Created Asia Fit patterns and templates to launch this size range, resulting in over $4 million in sales for the first six months and over $31 million for the first full year • Created custom-fit game day outfits for the Canadian Women’s Beach Volley team for the 2016 Rio Olympics • Delivered special sizing for outfitting NFL coaches (fitting in person on the Seahawks, et al) of the iconic ABC pants • Managed of a team of over 20 Pattern Engineers and Fit Specialists, overseeing the development of new blocks and seasonal styles, and providing technical fit and patternmaking training, resulting in the increased skill and advancement of team members
