Supports website users on a daily basis providing help desk support and weekly to annual reports to chain of command. Serves as liaison to NGB Contracted Admins to State Hardware admins for upgrade support and scheduling. Builds visual elements for website distinction. Builds visual guides for end user training proposes. Attends annual workshops and training to report back to department on new best practices and upcoming website updates/changes.
