Responsible for all aspects of Sales Department

As Director of Commercial Sales, I was responsible for all dealer sales in the United States and Canada. I was also personally responsible for managing Key Accounts and managing a sales team that consisted of (2) Regional Sales Managers and (4) Sales Representatives. Other activities included forecasting and creation of sales programs/specials.

During my time at SureFire, I had a variety of positions. I started as a Sales Representative and over time I was moved up to Regional Sales manager and finally National Account Manager. During this time, SureFire experienced explosive growth and I was able to acquire many valuable tools as sales grew 10x by the time I resigned.

Sun Performance Products was a very small company in the Automotive Aftermarket. I was one of five employees during my tenure and this meant I had a variety of duties on a daily basis. My primary focus during this time was on Sales and Purchasing. I was able to do a variety of things to help grow this small company (New displays, implementing Independent Reps, negotiating with new Vendors, etc.). All of these things helped sales grow approximately 50% during my tenure.

Youngs Market Company was my first full-time job following college. During this time, I was assigned a established territory to manage. In the short time I was at Youngs, I was moved into a higher profile territory based on my performance.
