Worked with the in-house creative services team to create digital and print assets for public and internal projects. Designed assets for the @plasticsurgery Instagram channel, including Ask A Doctor Anything, Surgeon of the Month, Top Surgeons and Giveaway posts. Created visual assets for PlasticSurgery.io and NUEVIBE.com and their social media accounts. Designed new medical practice clients’ websites in WordPress and updated existing sites with new content. Created trade show materials such as 10x10’s, flyers, custom cut outs and social media assets. Used Adobe Creative Suite, CSS and HTML to execute daily assignments.

Work in Adobe Creative Suite to create graphic designs and digital illustrations for local small businesses & non-profits. Work in traditional mediums to create customized gifts. Write HTML/CSS to design web sites in Dreamweaver and WordPress. Help clients set up social networking presence. Able to translate client’s vision into a digital design.

Custom designed home & landing pages in Adobe Illustrator for self storage and other small business clients. Collaborated with back-end developers to ensure designs were functional and responsive. Created logos, web banners and custom graphics for the marketing department. Worked closely with the Creative Director to ensure projects were completed in their designated timeframe.

Assist the executive director to develop marketing strategies for foundation events and productions. Work with social media, e-mail and web sites to promote foundation’s mission. Create digital designs for foundation events ranging from logos, flyers, signs, large format banners, T-shirts, booklets, and tickets. Work with print shops, screen printers and other vendors to insure proper execution of projects.

Worked with multiple departments to complete assigned duties and entered payment information from member contributions. Managed Underwriter billing accounts and solved airing discrepancies with the Traffic department and the Underwriter Manager. Reconciled department credit card transactions, confirmed Matching Gift donations and generated gift reports for the UA Foundation. Worked directly under the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Accountant.
