As Director of Marketing at Reynolds Lake Oconee, led teams of up to 14 people and managed annual budgets exceeding $8M. Positioned Reynolds as a premium lifestyle brand, with revenue growth from $250M+ to a peak of $400M+ during tenure.

Saw 30% revenue growth from $29.0M to a peak of $37.9M. * Report to the CEO; among direct reports are the CFO, Director of Marketing, and Senior Director of Facilities. * Interface and coordinate with the Board on several focus areas; serve on the Board Finance Committee. * Assume Interim CFO position during transitional periods with associated fiduciary and signatory responsibilities. * Serve as executive sponsor of annual budgeting process for the organization. Work alongside the Board of Directors, other members of Senior Leadership, and key stakeholders in the creation and subsequent execution of the annual budget, insuring alignment with the organization's strategic direction. * Play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing plans. Lead marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness, enhanced customer experience, and revenue growth. Collaborate with key international marketing and communications leaders and partners in OM International. * Served on international task force leading a multi-year initiative to produce a comprehensive brand overhaul. * Doubled income from small sum giving; conceived and launched successful donor acquisition program. * Leveraged resources in the marketing technology landscape to increase effectiveness. Oversaw 18-month process to launch a multifaceted website, implementation of job tracking systems and enhanced analysis capabilities. * Steward the organization s real estate assets including a 90 acres campus, 48K SF of office space, and lodging accommodations for 50 people; acquisition, valuation, sale, and management of donated real estate assets. * Grew income from non-fundraising sources 2x, e.g., events, office leasing, printing services and rental properties.

Integral to revenue growth from $250M+ to a peak of $400M+. * Responsible for all marketing operations including brand development, sales enablement, direct marketing, communications, content strategy, research, lead generation, advertising, interactive, and event experiences. * Collaborated with numerous media partners including Golf Channel, Southern Living and TaylorMade/adidas to create and execute innovative multi-channel integrated marketing programs. * Oversaw all internal and external corporate communications, including PR and crisis communications. * Served as marketing subject matter expert on the team responsible for assessment and integration of property acquisitions across several states for Linger Longer Development.
