Used the JAMF Casper Suite and JSS Server to manage all Apple assets, slashing the amount of service requests to about 1/10th of the incidents on the windows side. Setup and maintain the JSS Server, never having down time requiring a major incident. Package, Test and deploy software so end users can seamlessly work with the latest version within days of a release. Create imaging workflow and configuration profiles on thunderbolt 2 image boots that reduced the support desks time to image a mac laptop to 6 minutes. Inventory and asset management of all Apple products deployed to the Corporate Offices and Clubs, allowing us to be the only department who can look up an asset in minutes. Write and maintain support documentation for knowledge base articles. Administer software licensing. Tier 3 support.
Support Desk Technician/Mac Lead

Sole tier 1 & 2 level support technician for 250 Mac users at all corporate locations. Handle IT incidents from walk up, ticketing system, email, and call queue. Support a huge array of software installs and trouble-shooting due to the many different departments at Life Time on both PC and Mac platforms. Setup and configure many different devices on various networks including IP phones, exchange accounts, network printers, and VPN, among others.
