Hey @ Chad Mihalick I'd love to connect regarding my search. I worked in Outdoor Retail in multiple capacities for over 12 years and am on the hunt and finding the current environment to be difficult with simply the application process. It seems so algorithmic that traditional ways of applying for jobs doesn't really apply and unless you know the exact system each company uses it's difficult to know how to put your best foot forward. I'm also finding fewer and fewer remote opportunities available.
