From her 5 years at Liberated Brands excelling as a Global Product Development Manager to her background in design and fine arts, she has proven herself to be a stellar candidate for any positions pertaining product development, apparel or graphic design. Allison graduated Magna Cum Laude in June of 2019 from FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising with an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Product Development.

- Manage the sampling process, monitor production timelines, and conduct quality control checks to ensure the final product meets the required standards and specifications
- Ensure all products meet legal and industry standards, including safety regulations, labeling requirements, and environmental certifications
