• Coordinate and monitor from the arrival to port/terminal of our shipments/cargos, customs release, and movement to the final delivery address. • Recruit and coordinate trucking companies for Drayage • Support with communication between our Carriers, 3PLs, Custom Broker, and Truckers • Keep logs and records of status of our Container, Loose Cargo and Air Cargos • Support Upper management with Logistics Reports • Liaison with different departments within the company to facilitate shipments Achievements: • 90% On-time deliveries from port/airport to distribution center • Coordinate daily delivery of over 25 containers during peak season • $240,000 saved by implementing a switch in the pick-up schedule
